We have been engaged since 2020 in a complex corporate governance dispute concerning the mechanism of director appointment. The matter reached the Supreme Court of Appeal in late 2025 and judgment is expected in 2026.

Our Property Law Department represents the interests of property investors in the development, acquisition and sale of immovable property, as well as defending investors' rights in the management of rental properties.
Our flagship service Property Protect® covers property investors, protecting the investor from loss due to unpaid rent, and provides a simple and affordable mechanism to evict bad tenants.

Our transactional work includes mergers, acquisitions and related corporate advisory matters where structure, timing, and strategy are key. We advise businesses, shareholders and management teams on acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, and strategic transactions, in circumstances where risk must be allocated carefully and positions protected before value is committed.
Our largest structuring project to date is the creation of a trust and group holdings structure for a R1bn property portfolio, for asset protection purposes.
