Have a quick question? Contact us for a quick call at reduced rates. After confirming payment, one of our Attorneys will call you. Your booking and payment secure a call from us on the day of the booking chosen. Due to volumes of requests, we cannot always contact you at the exact time chosen. Please make sure you are available on the day specified. Missed call slots cannot be rescheduled. Calls are strictly limited to 15 minutes. Please ensure you listen to the Attorney and provide enough time for advice.
Cancellation Policy
Once your consultation is booked, we set aside time and forego work for other clients to accommodate you. We usually have multiple consultations booked per day. Therefore please note the following terms: Cancellations and Rescheduling: Should you wish to cancel your booking, please do so more than 24 hours before the set time, otherwise a cancellation penalty of 100% of the consultation fee will apply. Late arrivals: If you arrive late, your consultation still ends at the allotted time and no discount or refund applies. You may have to purchase another consultation slot to complete your consultation.
