We are also required by the Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA) to obtain certain information from you. Please prepare the required documents per the FICA Checklist included.

Once complete, please email the completed Client Agreement and FICA documentation to reception @ mayberyinc.co.za. We will countersign and return the Agreement to you, which will serve to commence our engagement.
